You may return most non-working, defective or incorrectly shipped items within 30 days of delivery for either exchange or a full refund. Good part returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee ( $10 minimum) and the customer is responsible for return shipping

If you need to do a return on an item and you have created a online account with PCXS Solutions Inc (PCXS), simply login  to your PCXS account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
